Payments of team fees are due to August 15th.
Payments for accommodation and food are due to October 31st.
Payments details will be sent to each team personally.
In case of event cancellation
If the event will be cancelled or teams wish to withdraw, fees will be refunded in full up to 30 days prior to the event.
For cancellation of accommodation bookings and food orders
If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If a notification of cancellation is received between 29 and 15 days prior to the arrival date, the reimbursement is subject to a penalty of 50% of the total cost.
If cancellation is received 14 or less days before the arrival date, you will receive no refund.
Cancellation due to Covid-19 restrictions
In case of cancellation or postponement of the event due to increased Covid-19 restrictions or enforcement notices from the authorities in Lithuania or your own country, the reservations can be cancelled free of charge prior 30 days before arrival and any prepayment will be refunded as well.
